How do I manage my location? Haye uses location controls to help you find nearby signals. You have total control over when and how your location is used for discovery.
How do I start a conversation? Starting a conversation on Haye is easy! You can either "intercept" a signal on the Signal Deck by sending a reply, or you can directly search for your friends via their username or phone number to start a private chat instantly.
Can I chat with my existing friends? Absolutely! Haye isn't just for new connections. You can easily find and chat with your existing friends by searching for their username or phone number.
What is "Nearby Discovery"? The Nearby feature allows you to discover interesting people in your immediate vicinity. It's perfect for finding connections at events or in your local community. You can opt-in or out of Nearby Discovery at any time from your settings.
How can I block or report someone? Safety is our highest priority. You can block any user directly from their profile. If you encounter inappropriate signals, use the "Report" feature, and our moderation team will take action within 24 hours.
Are my signals private? You control your visibility. While broadcasting a signal makes it discoverable on the Signal Deck, your private chats and personal data are protected by secure industry-standard protocols.
